Dock with tofu and sprouts
- 200 g clean dock (or other leafy green)
- 100 g tofu natural
- 100 g mung beans (lentils, chickpeas, peas, etc.)
- salt to taste
- lime juice
- olive oil, extra virgin
Wash leaves and shoots. Cut it and prepare salad dressing of olive oil, salt and lemon.
