Dock with tofu and sprouts

  • 200 g clean dock (or other leafy green)
  • 100 g tofu natural
  • 100 g mung beans (lentils, chickpeas, peas, etc.)
  • salt to taste
  • lime juice
  • olive oil, extra virgin

Wash leaves and shoots. Cut it and prepare salad dressing of olive oil, salt and lemon.
