After a long summer vacation, already loaded with new strength and energy, we welcome autumn with all that noble land provides.
For food we remain true to our principles established for healthy, vegetarian dishes - those that our team believes and strives to give the best of yourself.
Make your own sprouts, and everything is prepared by hand just before heading on their way to the various parts of Sofia. For the moment we can offer a set of four types of menus that provide lunch and different every day.
As before, many would like to support the local Bulgarian producers of vegetables, herbs and fruit, and use the most accurate of these products. We try to prepare food certified organic vegetables and / or products from environmentally friendly areas. It is also important to consume seasonal produce as much as possible.
