Culinary Chef courses for fun ( http://www.chefzakef.com/ ) and kitchen Soul Kitchen ( http://soul-kitchen.bg/ ) organizing a course in cooking on 09 June (Saturday). The event will be held under the theme "Living food" and will offer visitors a life-giving spring dishes from the repertoire of raw food.
At the time of the incoming summer markets are richly laden with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables and aromatic herbs. So nature gives us abundant fruits in the warmer months of the year, so we believe in a simple understanding of how nutrition - food is living life.
The course will show the visitors three types of appetizers and salads, made up of entirely raw vegetable products. Become familiar with homework germination of various nuts and seeds. I'll try a few different types of salad dressings that combine perfectly salty, sweet and spicy flavors. You'll learn about several types of fresh and raw appetizers, without using gluten, refined oils, dairy and egg products.
Chef and kitchen fun for Soul Kitchen will reach out to the garden to show their understanding of the concept of "living food."
Two groups are planned for the course, the first from 11:00 to 14:00 and the second - from 16:00 to 19:00.
The minimum number is 6 persons, maximum - 10.
