Cream soup with potatoes and peas
Warm and thick vegetable soup.
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 can peas
- 1 liter of water
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 bunch of dill
Boil potatoes and peas with spices (no dill). Finally, add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Pour the contents of the soup in a blender and add half a bunch of dill. Grind until a cream soup. The same thing can also use a blender.
Eat while warm.
