Traditional Bulgarian recipe - stuffed vine leaves with beans! Loves, as long as there is someone to tell them
- 1 pack pickled grape leaves (ready to eat)
- 300 g cooked beans (we used the dark and medium size)
- White onion 1 head
- pinch of salt
- 1-2 sprigs of fresh mint
- pinch of pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
- green salad
- marinated mushrooms mix
It is better to cook the beans in a pressure cooker to make sure it is softened enough and ready for consumption. Pour excess water and rinse. Mixture is prepared separately chop onion, mint, spices and mix with beans, stir well.
Take vine leaves and carefully shaped leaves, which will arrange in a baking dish, previously coated with a little olive oil or other vegetable oil. Pour a few tablespoons of water and bake in a well-heated oven about 20 minutes. Stuffed ready when soft enough to pricking with a fork.
Optional garnish with fresh salad with red onion and the juice of half a lemon.
