A vinegar salad of grilled cauliflower and zucchini along with fresh vegetables and sauce.
- 1 small head of cauliflower
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 lettuce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- pinch of salt
Wash cauliflower and recurring colors, zucchini cut into slices. Skarichka of grilled until a golden tan.
