Brown lentils, maize and vegetables


I love lentils! Soup, salad, stew, in every way. But I must admit that plain boiled lentils not the most attractive look, so we can figure out something extra. :)

Wash and boil the lentils, carrots and onion in enough water with salt and optionally - organic vegetable broth. In addition, after boiling, add:

  • soft boiled corn
  • cucumber
  • sprouts as desired
  • lemon
  • fresh basil and / or parsley

Optionally consumed as soup or stew liquid. :)
