Potato salad with broccoli

This hearty salad is a great idea for a nutritious dinner, especially if you are a lover of spicy sauces and dressings. To prepare and to cook potatoes and broccoli in advance:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 large head broccoli
  • For the dressing:
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

Katofite Boil in salted water. Sauté steamed broccoli.

In a large bowl tear iceberg leaves and mix with potatoes. Add finely chopped onions. Pour mixture with dressing. Podretete little flowers broccoli side.
