Baked beans

Crispy vegetables with herbs.

  • 300 g green beans
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of dried herbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Cut vegetables wholesale. At the bottom of a baking pan with a tablespoon of olive oil spread and cover with 4-5 tablespoons water. Put the vegetables and salt and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Stir occasionally and if necessary add more water. They reach a golden color, add dried spices and stop temperature. Bake another 5-10 minutes until cool.
