Vegetables with almond paste

Fresh vegetables with nut paste / paste uncooked.

  • 1 head beets
  • 2-3 colors of broccoli
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 head of white radish
  • 2 green onions
  • parsley
  • 50 g black olives
  • pate for:
  • 100 g raw almonds
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 celery leaves
  • 1/4 lemon
  • pinch of salt

Wash vegetables and olives and chop as desired.

Soak almonds overnight advance. Grind in a blender then rinse them with pepper, celery and lemon juice. Seasoned as desired.
