Green salad with tofu

  • 1 green salad choice
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 50 grams of radish sprouts
  • 100 g tofu natural
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

Wash and chop all the vegetables for the salad. Tofu cut into cubes in a separate bowl seasoned with lemon, olive oil and a little salt. Add it with the sprouts and stir.
