Green Salad with Tapenade and sunflower. Right I tried bio ready miso soup and spinach - ulcerate decent red peppers.
- 1 lettuce
- 1 small head of beets
- 2-3 sprigs of dill
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons Tapenade
- 1-2 tablespoons lime juice
Soak the seeds for 4 hours in advance.
Shred lettuce and grate beets. Cut dill and mix it with lemon juice and olive paste. Wash the seeds and mix it in a salad bowl. Mix well.
If olive paste is salty enough, no need for additional seasoning.
