Green salad with mushrooms and sesame
- No. 1 green lettuce
- 1/2 ripe avocados (or 1 small)
- 1 cucumber
- 100 grams cultivated mushrooms
- 1 tsp black sesame
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt (optional)
Wash and clean the mushrooms well, cut and marinate in olive oil and salt. Cut lettuce, cucumber and avocado. Mix everything in a big bowl and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
