Green lentils with spinach, carrots and avocado curry

Stew in a glass container in the oven two parts washed green lentils and half part chopped fresh spinach and sliced ​​carrots - covered in curry powder - with enough water. It is better not to overdo the water to remain consistency suitable for shaping after everything is cooked. Serve with freshly ground pepper mix, fresh cucumber and soft avocado. Optionally, add a little olive oil. Can be consumed hot or cold as an appetizer.
