Cabbage salad with spicy sunflower pate

  • 1 red cabbage
  • White onion 1 head
  • pate for:
  • 100 g raw sunflower seeds
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

It is better to soak the seeds in water for a few hours in advance. Rinse and mix everything in a blender for a minute as brave. Discretion and add some water.

Cabbage and onion cut into small pieces. Mix everything in a deep bowl.
