Baked beans

  • 500 g green beans
  • 3 carrots
  • White onion 1 head
  • 2-3 small heads of cauliflower
  • 2 red peppers
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon mix of dried herbs (oregano, thyme, savory, etc.).
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Wash and chop all vegetables during this time preheat the oven. Put everything in a pan without oil and spices and cover with water products. Bake 20-30 minutes until the beans soften. If necessary add a little more water.

Finally, sprinkle with dried herbs and pour a little olive oil. Eat while warm.
