Stewed cabbage with kelp

Unusual combination of toasted sesame tofu and white cabbage with kelp.

  • 100 g soy tofu
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 100 g dried seaweed (can be found in various health stores)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • pinch of salt

Soak seaweed in advance under the direction of the label. Once tender will cook with cabbage.

Wash and chop cabbage retailers. Mix with seaweed, salt, olive oil and place in an oven tray. Fill to the brim with water and bake until golden tan hour. If necessary, add more water. Finally, cut and add tomatoes and cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Tofu cut into slices and grilled lightly with sesame seaweed and spoon.

Eat while warm.
