Stewed mushrooms

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • red and green bell pepper - raw

Cut the onion and saute in olive oil with a little water. Mushrooms cut into quarters salt and cook everything under cover for about ten minutes. If desired serve with a slice of fresh pepper.
