Home Chocolate

Tempt your senses with all-natural chocolate, nuts and goji berries.

  • 3 tablespoons raw coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cocoa butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons bean flour
  • 50 g goji berries
  • 50 g raw walnuts

Soak walnuts and goji berries a few hours in advance.

Melt the butter in a water bath vnimanitelno. When soft add a little cocoa and flour, stirring constantly. Maintain a low temperature just to soften butter, but remain raw. Finally add nuts and berry.

Pour into a container and allow the cam to cure. The white part at the bottom left of the coconut oil.

Garnish with fruit and cinnamon stick.
