Favorite dish for spreading or direct consumption.
- 300 g chickpeas
- 5 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
Soak the chickpeas the night. Then wash and boil preferably in a pressure cooker. Once again, soft wash and drain the water.
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Grind for 4-5 minutes until a homogeneous paste. You can eat on bread alone or with red pepper and garlic.
