Home falafel with tomato sauce and peppers

I will not hide that I love spicy in all its forms - peppers, peppers, chili peppers, make hot sauces and marinades ... Of course, not all men can stand my height degree of combustion (sometimes in the literal sense ) so that everything in this recipe, as usual, subject to adjustment and adaptation :)

  • falafel for:
  • 200 g soaked and sprouted chickpeas
  • 4-5 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 onions
  • olive oil for cooking
  • salt
  • curry
  • cumin
  • parsley
  • a pesto / sauce:
  • 1 jar of home canned tomatoes
  • bunch of parsley
  • black pepper
  • for garnish:
  • cucumber
  • Chillies

Grind all the ingredients for falafel in a food processor. Supplements and herbs are recommended, as I use, unless obligatory tahini and chickpeas, onions and parsley, mix of indian spices / curry / oil and a little baking. Form balls and bake in the preheated oven on kitchen paper until the crust is golden tan.

For the garnish and sauce to the meatballs can wildest cooking tomatoes (preferably organic or home) with spices and parsley leaves.

Serve while hot and add fresh vegetables.

Bon Appetit!
