Ginger kremche

Quick kremche chocolate.

  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2-3 tablespoons carob flour
  • 1 tsp molasses from dates
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp dark rum

Beat all ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes and allow the cream to stand in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
