Mushrooms, onions and corn

Color plateau with roasted mushrooms and salad.

  • 300 g fresh mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
  • White onion 2 heads
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • lettuce for garnish

Wash onions, mushrooms and corn. Luke cut small, and leave the mushrooms whole. At the bottom of the baking dish spread a few tablespoons of olive oil and top up with water - about two fingers. Pour everything - mushrooms, onions, corn, soy sauce and other spices as desired.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until onion softens. Serve with a colorful salad and pour a little soy sauce in a large bowl.
