Guacamole
Basically I know that guacamole is a smooth paste, but it does not hurt to experiment, as in the case I just mash the products instead of a blender grind.
- 1 large avocado (ripe)
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 green onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 zucchini
- 4-5 tablespoons tahini
- 7-8 large olives
Cut a small onion and garlic. Mash with a fork tomato and avocado and seasoned with lemon juice and lemon. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with parsley.
You can combine the fresh (raw) zucchini, spread with tahini and some salty olives.
Bon Appetit!
In fact, guacamole is not "smooth paste" and has just mashed avocado. Wherever you've been to Mexico, I've never seen a paste. And blended. To some extent, that the Aztecs and Mayans they did not bother then wash dirty blenders
It makes sense In restaurants I've ever met blended and served with tortilla or some kind of bread. Of course, anyone can do it at will, with a pinch of chili, garlic and perhaps other spices
