I love lentils! Any and every time! I used to think that there is only one way into it, maybe because the only way we've eaten as small - Plain brown lentil soup. Recently already realized that there are other interesting species - yellow, red, black, even pink lentils! Still, the classic has supichka.
- 300 g brown lentils cleaned
- vegetables - peppers, carrots, onions, garlic, etc.
- seasonings - salt, savory, thyme, etc.
- water for cooking
- vegetable oil for cooking
Of course, this is very basic recipe it would be great if you have fresh herbs and warm homemade bread for company. Cut the onion and cook with spices before other products. Add everything else and cook until everything is soft. Finally, add some butter and fresh herbs.
