Cooked seitan

Crispy seitan sesame seeds.

  • 1 package seitan (about 200 g)
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • for the salad:
  • 4-5 radishes
  • 1 small head of white onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • mix of sprouts
  • 200 g boiled potatoes
  • 4-5 drops of sesame oil
  • 4-5 black pepper
  • 1 sprig fresh basil

Cut seitan large fillets. Cut the peppers into strips.

Brush bottom of pan with olive oil and cover with water. Put site and peppers and bake until golden well. Finally add the sesame seeds on top.

Cut the vegetables for the salad and arrange as a garnish. Boil the potatoes and wash them with a few drops of sesame oil. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil, pepper and sesame. Eat while warm.
