Aromatic and highly nutritious dish with spicy seitan .
- 300 g whole grain brown rice
- 1 package seitan (about 200 g)
- 200 g mushrooms, mushroom
- 1 leek
- 3 tablespoons Cooking tomatoes (canned)
- 2-3 tablespoons white cooking wine
- pinch of chili
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Cook the rice according to the indication on the label and set aside.
Cut all retail products - onions, seitan, mushrooms. Successively fry (in a little olive oil) in a saucepan the onions, add the seitan, mushrooms, tomato. Once the water starts to evaporate add spices and stir constantly. Optionally increase the amount of red pepper. Finally, add the wine and turn off heat. Without removing the pan mixture leave another 5-10 minutes until the temperature drops. Stir gently to prevent sticking on the bottom.
Divide the plate some rice and some site. Eat while warm.
