White beans with celery

Quick but nutritious salad with beans and raw celery.

  • 1 can white beans
  • 1/2 can of mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 stalk celery (leaves)
  • 100 g black and green olives
  • 1/2 leek onions
  • pinch of rosemary

Soak the olives in a few minutes and rinse canned beans.

Cut the onions and celery. Mix everything in a deep bowl and sprinkle with dried rosemary. Optionally, add a little salt and lemon juice.
