Sometimes fatigue and time pressure on us in the preparation of dinner and come to the aid canned products. However, with proper spices and fast salad, we can come up with delicious and easy dish.
- 1 can black beans cooked with tomato sauce
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- 1 stalk leek
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4-5 radishes
- 100 g black and green olives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Chop mint and leeks finely and mix with the beans in a deep bowl. Optional seasoned with vinegar.
Wash and chop vegetables on the green salad. If the olives are brine do not need to add salt.
