Banana Cream

Delicious raw temptation.

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon bean flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 100 g raw walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon molasses from sugar beet
  • 3-4 pieces of melon

Mix in blender bananas, avocados, cocoa and carob. Grind for 1-2 minutes until kremche. Pour into bowls and add chopped nuts, wash with molasses and decorate with a few pieces of melon.

Enjoy your meal!

    Often with such kremche breakfast - bananas, ground flax and sesame, cocoa (organic) and coconut oil (bio). Very tasty and filling. :)

    I love bananas, but they are so far from our latitudes.
    Before me there were no store-bought pastries with such scents that smells like a croissant from the next room. Then I realized how easy it is to do such kremcheta, and all sweets, even completely raw.
    I use natural flavors - cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, some lemon and orange. And it's nice tolkovaaa :)

    I want to ask what is carob flour :) I'm not in Bulgaria and znayaza what it is, other products are not a problem.

    Flour Carob pods are crushed an evergreen bushy tree. For more information you can read
    In English I think there's a carob powder.
