A charming but very calorie snack. I had a great desire to prepare homemade almond butter, which unfortunately does not work fine, maybe because of the size of my blender. But that did not stop the wonderful flavor, especially in the company of meaty slices of banana.
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon molasses from sugar beet
- 200 g raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa butter
Soak almonds overnight in advance (or about 8 hours). Shea butter is made at maximum speed in a blender with a spoon cocoa butter. I personally would put in a large amount of cocoa, but unfortunately the price is quite high.
With the mixture just rub slices of banana or other fruit as desired.
