Iceberg with yeast

This strange at first glance, the title is actually a pleasant spring - summer salad seasoned with a very interesting product for me - brewer's yeast powder. It is a microorganism cultivated from seeds of barley. This environment is very rich, allowing for natural enrichment with vitamins, proteins and minerals. Brewer's yeast, containing 40 to 50% protein, from which all essential amino acids and gives great nutritional value. This is a source of vitamin B, which works very beneficial to the skin, hair and nails. Here is my suggestion for a nutritious lunch

  • 1/2 lettuce "Iceberg"
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4-5 radishes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 30-40 grams of alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 tsp barm
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Wash and chop all the vegetables. Mix everything in a deep bowl, season and sprinkle top evenly brewer's yeast.

Bon Appetit!
