I like a lot of Asian cuisine and sometimes they may combine marinated mushrooms with tofu, sesame, various kinds of vegetables or even algae. In some of the more specialized stores you can also find different types of gluten-free pasta or spaghetti. Interesting are colored noodles, buckwheat, rice and soybeans. A full exotics can experiment with something like brown rice (in the case of rice noodles) and black sesame.
Noodles with shiitake mushroom, tofu and black sesame

In this instance, the mushrooms marinated in advance because at least I find them and buy dried. You can store a jar of shiitake in soy sauce and / or vinegar and use them directly if necessary. Roasted green peppers use of a jar of home-canned summer.
Boil the pasta until ready and prepare the sauce separately. In another vessel, cook lightly chopped tofu, mushrooms, peppers and fat. Stir for a few minutes and add pickles, seasoned with a little soy sauce as desired. Mix with spaghetti arranged in bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Garnish and freshness cut lettuce and parsley.
