Avocado and Arugula

Avocado fruit is wonderful! Nutritious and beneficial, equally suitable for both savory and sweet recipes. Suggest an idea for an interesting salad with toast and coconut oil.

  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g arugula
  • 1 large white onion head
  • pinch of pepper
  • bread
  • coconut oil
  • lettuce leaves

Wash and chop the onion and arugula. Cut avocados retail and sprinkle with paprika.

Toast bread and spread coconut oil while still warm. Garnish with fresh lettuce.
